1. We will check all our watches to ensure 100% functional before dispatching. In case, a different watch is sent by mistake or the watch is not working properly, we will arrange replacement/ refund.
2. For Replacement/Refund, watch must be returned in its original condition without any physical changes (e.g. scratches, shortening of bracelet etc.). Upon receiving the returned watch, replacement/Refund will be arranged.
3. Shipping fee is not refundable.
4. Replacement/Refund must be requested within 5 days after receiving the package.
