The fact that an item doesnt fit you properly or to your liking DOES NOT deem the item "not as described", so please, please, please...ask questions and make note of garment measurements prior to bidding. Color of the photos may not reflect true color of the item due to lighting exposure, camera quality, and/or computer/phone screen configurations. Buyers who abuse the Buyer Protection feature will be reported to eBay.
Do to a "select few" buyers misusing eBays return policy because they either dont want to pay the return shipping or restocking fee, I have been forced to take pictures of every item as it leaves our store with the buyers address label. Its unfortunate that its come to this, but they are "working the system" and this costs the sellers. I will not put up with any fictitious returns. So, to you few people, and know who you are, I will be in contact with eBay quicker than you can imagine. They count how many times you return items and why. We are on to you!
I select my products carefully by myself in major department stores or brand stores. Mostly I keep receipts for all garments I bought to prove an authenticity of my selling products.
Highly recommend you to try the item first in brand store then come to my store to buy it, in that way you would save a lot of money and 100% sure the dress is what you want, color is accurate, it fits and you will keep them.
If you have any doubt please take the item to go to brand store and ask for an official verification letter and I will sort out the problem for you.
If you want to force me to take the return by using "item not authentic" reason without any official solid proof, it will be reported to as buyer abusing return policy. Again Im an honest seller and I help my buyer but please be fair and honest to me as well. I believe with some open communication any kind of problem can be sorted out between buyer and seller.
